एवमुक्ता तदा देवी दध्यौ तासां तु भोजनम् । न चाध्यगच्छच्च यदा तासां भोजनमन्तिकात् ॥

Setelah diperkatakan demikian, Dewi pun merenung tentang makanan untuk mereka; namun apabila dicari di sekitar, tiada didapati sebarang bekalan santapan yang dekat tersedia.
