Rite of the Varāha Dvādaśī Vow and an Exemplary Narrative on Expiation for Brahmin-Slaying
धूपनैवेद्यगन्धैश्चार्चयित्वाऽच्युतं नरः । पश्चात्तस्याग्रतः कुम्भं जलपूर्णं तु विन्यसेत् ॥ ४१.३ ॥
dhūpanaivedyagandhaiś cārcayitvā ’cyutaṃ naraḥ | paścāt tasyāgrataḥ kumbhaṃ jalapūrṇaṃ tu vinyaset || 41.3 ||
Setelah memuja Acyuta dengan dupa, naivedya (persembahan makanan) dan wewangian, hendaklah seseorang kemudian meletakkan sebuah kumbha, yakni tempayan berisi air, di hadapan-Nya.
