पुनः पतिव्रतामाहात्म्यवर्णनम् ॥ नारद उवाच ॥ रहस्यं धर्ममाख्यानं त्वयोक्तं तु महायशः ॥ स्त्रीणां माहात्म्यमुद्दिश्य भास्करस्य मतं यथा ॥

punaḥ pativratāmāhātmyavarṇanam || nārada uvāca || rahasyaṃ dharmamākhyānaṃ tvayoktaṃ tu mahāyaśaḥ || strīṇāṃ māhātmyam uddiśya bhāskarasya mataṃ yathā ||

Sekali lagi: huraian tentang kemuliaan isteri pativrata. Nārada berkata: Wahai yang amat termasyhur, engkau telah menyampaikan kisah dharma yang bersifat rahsia, mengenai kemuliaan kaum wanita, menurut pandangan Bhāskara (Dewa Suria).
