तांस्तेनैव प्रदानेंन संग्रहेत्तु ग्रहेण वा ॥ मूलकर्मप्रयोगेण राष्ट्रस्यातिक्रमेन वा

tāṃs tenaiva pradānena saṃgrahet tu graheṇa vā || mūlakarmaprayogeṇa rāṣṭrasyātikrameṇa vā
