Determination of the Origin and Procedure of the Ancestral Offering

Pitṛyajña/Śrāddha

मृत्युकालमनुप्राप्य गतो दिव्यां परां गतिम् ॥ एतत्सर्वं विदित्वा तु नानुशोचितुमर्हति

mṛtyukālam anuprāpya gato divyāṁ parāṁ gatim || etat sarvaṁ viditvā tu nānuśocitum arhati

Apabila tiba saat kematian, dia telah pergi mencapai keadaan yang ilahi dan tertinggi. Mengetahui semuanya ini, seseorang tidak wajar bersedih.
