Philosophical Teaching: {"has_teaching":true,"teaching_type":"bhakti-dharma","core_concept":"Puṇya arises when sacred action (snāna) is joined with steadiness (dṛḍha-vrata) and awareness of divine presence.","practical_application":"Perform tīrtha-snāna with restraint, intention, and remembrance of the Lord; treat pilgrimage as disciplined sādhana, not tourism."}

FAQs

It links a named tīrtha (Śakra-tīrtha) with prescribed practice (snāna) and vow-discipline, illustrating how Purāṇic texts codified pilgrimage etiquette and ritual action.

Śakra-tīrtha is described as part of the Govardhana sacred landscape; the excerpt provides functional placement but not a modern coordinate-level identification.

The emphasis on dṛḍha-vrata frames pilgrimage as requiring self-regulation, intentionality, and respect for the site and its practices.
