वीरासनविधींश्चैव कारयेत् सप्त सप्त च ॥ चतुर्थं भक्ष्यमेकेन मासेन घृतपायसम् ॥
vīrāsanavidhīṃś caiva kārayet sapta sapta ca || caturthaṃ bhakṣyam ekena māsena ghṛtapāyasam ||
Hendaklah ia juga melaksanakan bentuk-bentuk vīrāsana yang ditetapkan—tujuh dan sekali lagi tujuh (kali/set). Pada bahagian keempat, selama satu bulan, persembahan makanan ialah ghṛta-pāyasa, bubur susu-beras yang dimasak dengan ghee.
