Ritual Attendant Protocol

शुचिः स्तुवति देवानाम् एतदेव परायणम् ॥ शौचार्थं तु जलं गृह्णन् कृत्वा प्रापणम् उत्तमम्

śuciḥ stuvati devānām etad eva parāyaṇam || śaucārthaṃ tu jalaṃ gṛhṇan kṛtvā prāpaṇam uttamam

Dalam keadaan suci, hendaklah ia memuji para dewa—itulah sesungguhnya tempat bersandar yang tertinggi. Demi penyucian, ketika mengambil air, hendaklah ia menyediakan persembahan (prāpaṇa) yang utama.
