हविर् एवं रसं चैव विप्रवर्यस्य भूपते ।। भुक्त्वा तिष्ठेद्दिनं राजन् धेनुदस्त्रीणि वै द्विजः ॥
havir evaṃ rasaṃ caiva vipravaryasya bhūpate || bhuktvā tiṣṭhed dinaṃ rājan dhenudastrīṇi vai dvijaḥ ||
Demikianlah, wahai penguasa bumi, disediakan makanan persembahan (havis) serta minuman/inti sari bagi brāhmaṇa yang utama. Setelah makan, wahai raja, si dwija hendaklah tinggal selama satu hari sambil melaksanakan warta dan adab yang berkaitan dengan sedekah lembu.
