पीतावशेषममृतं कस्माद्यच्छंति देवताः । नास्माकमिति संनह्य युध्यन्ते च परस्परम्
pītāvaśeṣamamṛtaṃ kasmādyacchaṃti devatāḥ | nāsmākamiti saṃnahya yudhyante ca parasparam
“Mengapa para dewa hanya memberikan amṛta yang berbaki setelah mereka minum?”—dengan fikiran “bukan untuk kami”, mereka pun bersenjata lalu bertempur sesama sendiri.
