Transliteration

sarvatejomayaṃ sarvadevaṃ devairnamaskṛtam | bhramamāṇaṃ nirādhāraṃ kālamānaprayojakam

Translation

Dia menyaksikan Yang serba-bercahaya itu—dewa yang, pada suatu makna, adalah “segala dewa”, disembah hormat oleh para dewa—bergerak terus tanpa sandaran, serta menetapkan ukuran-ukuran waktu.
