विप्र उवाच । यदि तुष्टो वरो देयो नरसिंह त्वया मम । सदात्र रक्षा कर्त्तव्या सर्वेषां तीर्थवासिनाम्
vipra uvāca | yadi tuṣṭo varo deyo narasiṃha tvayā mama | sadātra rakṣā karttavyā sarveṣāṃ tīrthavāsinām
Brahmana itu berkata: “Jika Engkau berkenan dan hendak mengurniakan suatu anugerah kepadaku, wahai Narasiṃha, maka hendaklah Engkau sentiasa memberi perlindungan kepada semua yang menetap di tīrtha suci ini.”
