Type: kshetra
Listener: General audience within the Devī-addressed discourse
Scene: A devotee completes Ekādaśī fast and on Dvādaśī receives/partakes of tulasī-mixed naivedya before Viṣṇu; a radiant cleansing wave symbolically annihilates heaps of sin.
Fasting, devotion, and sanctified food (especially with tulasī) function as powerful purificatory discipline in Purāṇic dharma.
The Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya setting; the verse focuses on the vow (vrata) rather than a named tīrtha.
Upavāsa (fasting) followed by honoring tulasī-mixed naivedya on Dvādaśī.
