नित्योपवासनियमैः स्नानदानैर्जपादिभिः । निर्मलैर्योगयुक्तैश्च प्राप्यते यत्परं पदम्

nityopavāsaniyamaiḥ snānadānairjapādibhiḥ | nirmalairyogayuktaiśca prāpyate yatparaṃ padam

“Dengan puasa harian dan disiplin niyama, dengan mandi suci, sedekah, japa (zikir/mantra) dan seumpamanya—dengan amalan yang murni serta bersatu dengan yoga—dicapailah kedudukan tertinggi itu.”
