देवा अपि न जानंति तलसोत्पत्तिकारणम् । पूर्वं कृतयुगे देवि गोविन्देति प्रकीर्तितः
devā api na jānaṃti talasotpattikāraṇam | pūrvaṃ kṛtayuge devi govindeti prakīrtitaḥ
Bahkan para dewa pun tidak mengetahui sebab asal-usul Tala. Dahulu, pada zaman Kṛta-yuga, wahai Dewi, Baginda masyhur dengan nama “Govinda”.
