Scene: Īśvara narrates as radiant ascetics ascend to Brahmaloka; they stand before Brahmā seated on a vast lotus, surrounded by subtle light, and begin elaborate hymns.
Austerity and devotion culminate in divine audience; praise (stotra) becomes a bridge between seekers and the cosmic order.
The chapter belongs to Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya, while this verse highlights Brahmaloka as a celestial locus within the pilgrimage narrative.
Stotra (hymnic praise) is presented as a devotional act accompanying tapas and sacred seeking.
