ईश्वर उवाच । एवं देवि समायाता देवदारुवने नदी । ऋषितोयेति विख्याता पवित्रा च वरानने
īśvara uvāca | evaṃ devi samāyātā devadāruvane nadī | ṛṣitoyeti vikhyātā pavitrā ca varānane
Īśvara bersabda: “Demikianlah, wahai Devī, sungai itu telah tiba di rimba Devadāru. Ia termasyhur sebagai ‘Ṛṣitoyā’, dan ia suci, wahai yang berwajah jelita.”
