एवं कृत्वा नरो भक्त्या लभते जन्मनः फलम् । तीर्थेषु दानं वक्ष्यामि येषु यद्दीयते तिथौ
evaṃ kṛtvā naro bhaktyā labhate janmanaḥ phalam | tīrtheṣu dānaṃ vakṣyāmi yeṣu yaddīyate tithau
Dengan melakukan demikian dengan bhakti, seseorang memperoleh buah sejati kelahiran sebagai manusia. Kini akan kujelaskan sedekah yang patut diberikan di tīrtha—apa yang harus didermakan pada setiap tithi (hari bulan).
