Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (as multi-tīrtha field)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Muni-śreṣṭha (a great sage; contextually the interlocutor of Sūrya in this māhātmya)
Scene: Sūrya, radiant and regal, speaks to a great sage, proclaiming that countless tīrthas—beginning with Gaṅgā—will be present in Prabhāsa; in the background, symbolic river-goddesses and tīrtha-icons appear as subtle presences.
Divine assurance sanctifies the kṣetra, making it a concentrated field of tīrtha-merit for pilgrims.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, portrayed as containing or equaling innumerable tīrthas including Gaṅgā-like sanctity.
No explicit rite; the verse asserts the tīrtha-status and resulting merit of the place.
