ततो ददौ वरं तुष्टः पूर्वचन्द्रस्य शूलधृक् । यस्मादाराधितोऽहं ते सोम भक्त्या चिरन्तनम्

Transliteration

tato dadau varaṃ tuṣṭaḥ pūrvacandrasya śūladhṛk | yasmādārādhito'haṃ te soma bhaktyā cirantanam

Translation

Kemudian Sang Pemegang Trisula, dengan berkenan, mengurniakan anugerah kepada Candra yang dahulu: “Kerana engkau, wahai Soma, telah memuja-Ku dengan bhakti yang purba dan teguh.”
