न मे सुहृन्न मे द्वेष्यः कश्चिदस्ति धरातले । विद्धः शरशतेनापि नाऽकाले म्रियते यतः
na me suhṛnna me dveṣyaḥ kaścidasti dharātale | viddhaḥ śaraśatenāpi nā'kāle mriyate yataḥ
“Di bumi ini aku tidak mempunyai sahabat dan tidak pula musuh. Kerana walaupun seseorang ditembusi seratus anak panah, dia tidak akan mati sebelum tiba waktunya yang ditetapkan.”
