Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 27

ब्रह्मचारिणमादाय गतास्ते ब्रह्मणोऽन्तिके । प्रतिमुच्याग्रतो बालं प्रणेमुस्ते पितामहम्

brahmacāriṇamādāya gatāste brahmaṇo'ntike | pratimucyāgrato bālaṃ praṇemuste pitāmaham

Mereka membawa budak brahmacārin itu lalu pergi menghadap Brahmā. Setelah menempatkan budak itu di hadapan, mereka bersujud kepada Pitāmaha, Sang Datuk Agung.
