Transliteration

layaṃ caiva tathānyonyamādyaṃtaṃ prakaroti ca | sargasaṃhārasaṃsthānāṃ karttā devo maheśvaraḥ

Translation

Dia juga mendatangkan laya (peleburan), serta jalinan saling terkait antara permulaan dan pengakhiran; bagi penciptaan, pemusnahan, dan tatanan alam-alam, pelakunya ialah Dewa Maheśvara.
