कला देवि यदाद्यंतमनादिमजमव्ययम् । तदान्वितः शशी तस्यामधोमुखमवस्थितः

Transliteration

kalā devi yadādyaṃtamanādimajamavyayam | tadānvitaḥ śaśī tasyāmadhomukhamavasthitaḥ

Translation

Wahai Devī, ‘Kalā’ ialah yang mempunyai permulaan dan pengakhiran; sedangkan (Yang Tertinggi) tiada bermula, tidak dilahirkan, dan tidak binasa. Berkaitan dengan Kalā itu, Bulan berdiri di sana dengan wajah menghadap ke bawah.
