dattvā yatphalamāpnoti brāhmaṇe vedapārage | tatphalaṃ snānamātreṇa gomatyāṃ madhubhiddine

Apa jua pahala yang diperoleh dengan menghadiahkan (sedekah itu) kepada seorang Brāhmaṇa yang mahir dalam Veda—pahala yang sama diperoleh hanya dengan mandi di sungai Gomatī pada hari Madhubhid (Kṛṣṇa).
