Wahai Tuhan!
Bali (deduced; dialogue context with Prahlāda in Dvārakā Māhātmya)
Tirtha: Dvārakā
Type: kshetra
Listener: Addressed to ‘Prabho’ (Lord/superior), within the Prahlāda–Bali dialogue context
Scene: A devotee questions a revered speaker about why Dvārakā is uniquely powerful; behind them, a luminous coastal city and temple silhouette suggest a sanctified field where darkness (pāpa) cannot take root and merit blossoms.
Dvārakā is portrayed as a uniquely purifying kṣetra where sin does not re-arise and merit expands greatly.
Dvārakā as a whole sacred city/kṣetra, praised as surpassing other tīrthas.
No specific rite is prescribed here; the verse raises a doctrinal question about Dvārakā’s exceptional purifying power.
