अथ विष्णुपदीं देवीं श्रुत्वा सागरसंगताम् । इतस्ततः समाजग्मुः श्रद्दधानाः पयस्विनीम्
atha viṣṇupadīṃ devīṃ śrutvā sāgarasaṃgatām | itastataḥ samājagmuḥ śraddadhānāḥ payasvinīm
Kemudian, setelah mendengar bahawa Dewi Viṣṇupadī (Gaṅgā) telah bertemu lautan, orang-orang yang beriman pun datang berhimpun dari segenap arah menuju sungai yang melimpah air itu.
