तस्मादिन्द्रपदं नाम सुप्रसिद्धं धरातले । इन्द्रेण स्थापितं लिंगं यस्माद्भावनया सह । प्रसिद्धमिंद्रनाम्ना वा इन्द्रेश्वरमिति स्मृतम्
tasmādindrapadaṃ nāma suprasiddhaṃ dharātale | indreṇa sthāpitaṃ liṃgaṃ yasmādbhāvanayā saha | prasiddhamiṃdranāmnā vā indreśvaramiti smṛtam
Oleh itu nama “Indrapada” masyhur di muka bumi. Kerana liṅga itu didirikan oleh Indra dengan niat bhakti, maka ia juga termasyhur dengan nama Indra dan dikenang sebagai “Indreśvara”.
