देवा ऊचुः । कलिंगेन वयं देवि निरस्ताः संगरे मुहुः । तेन व्याप्तमिदं सर्वं त्रैलोक्यं सचराचरम्
devā ūcuḥ | kaliṃgena vayaṃ devi nirastāḥ saṃgare muhuḥ | tena vyāptamidaṃ sarvaṃ trailokyaṃ sacarācaram
Para deva berkata: Wahai Dewi, kami telah berulang kali dipukul mundur dalam peperangan oleh Kaliṅga. Olehnya, segala ini—seluruh tiga alam beserta yang bergerak dan yang tidak bergerak—telah dikuasai dan diliputi.
