अंबरीष उवाच । भगवन्यस्त्वया प्रोक्तो योगोऽयं मम विस्तरात् । दुर्ज्ञेयः स नृणां देव विशेषाच्च कलौ युगे
aṃbarīṣa uvāca | bhagavanyastvayā prokto yogo'yaṃ mama vistarāt | durjñeyaḥ sa nṛṇāṃ deva viśeṣācca kalau yuge
Ambārīṣa berkata: “Wahai Tuhan, yoga yang Engkau ajarkan kepadaku dengan terperinci ini sukar difahami oleh manusia, wahai Dewa—lebih-lebih lagi pada zaman Kali-yuga.”
