पुलस्त्य उवाच । सत्यमेतन्महाराज यन्नोऽत्र परिपृच्छसि । शृणुष्वावहितो भूत्वा यथा जातं श्रुतं तु वै
pulastya uvāca | satyametanmahārāja yanno'tra paripṛcchasi | śṛṇuṣvāvahito bhūtvā yathā jātaṃ śrutaṃ tu vai
Pulastya berkata: “Benar sekali, wahai Raja yang agung, apa yang engkau tanyakan di sini. Dengarlah dengan penuh perhatian; aku akan menceritakannya sebagaimana ia terjadi dan sebagaimana yang telah didengar.”
