तथा सरस्वती देवी चूतवृक्षाद्विनिर्गता । पश्चिमं सागरं प्राप्ता गृहीत्वा वडवानलम्

tathā sarasvatī devī cūtavṛkṣādvinirgatā | paścimaṃ sāgaraṃ prāptā gṛhītvā vaḍavānalam

“Demikian juga Dewi Sarasvatī muncul dari pokok mangga, lalu sampai ke lautan barat sambil membawa api bawah laut (Vaḍavānala).”
