Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 23
तस्मिन्मन्द त्वया भिन्ने न वर्षति शतक्रतुः । एतद्वदति दैवज्ञा ज्योतिःशास्त्रविचक्षणाः
tasminmanda tvayā bhinne na varṣati śatakratuḥ | etadvadati daivajñā jyotiḥśāstravicakṣaṇāḥ
“Jika kereta itu dipecahkan olehmu, wahai Manda, maka Śatakratu (Indra) tidak akan menurunkan hujan. Demikianlah kata para ahli nujum, yang arif dalam ilmu perbintangan dan petanda.”
