ब्राह्मण उवाच । या मया सहसा दृष्टा स्वयमेव हुताशन । परकांतेन तां नाद्य शुद्धामपि गृहं नये
brāhmaṇa uvāca | yā mayā sahasā dṛṣṭā svayameva hutāśana | parakāṃtena tāṃ nādya śuddhāmapi gṛhaṃ naye
Brāhmaṇa itu berkata: Wahai Hutāśana (Agni), wanita yang kulihat secara tiba-tiba dengan mataku sendiri bersama kekasih orang lain—hari ini aku tidak akan membawanya pulang, meskipun dia telah disucikan.
