। सूत उवाच । एवं ध्यायमानेन जलमाविश्य काम्यया । सृष्टं संध्याद्वयं तच्च दृश्यतेऽद्यापि वै द्विजाः

| sūta uvāca | evaṃ dhyāyamānena jalamāviśya kāmyayā | sṛṣṭaṃ saṃdhyādvayaṃ tacca dṛśyate'dyāpi vai dvijāḥ

Sūta berkata: Demikianlah, ketika dia bermeditasi lalu memasuki air dengan niat yang didorong hasrat, terciptalah sepasang waktu senja (dua sandhyā); dan hal itu, wahai kaum dwija, masih terlihat hingga hari ini.
