परं क्षुत्क्षामकंठेयं भार्या मे प्रियवादिनी । अन्नाभावान्न संदेहः प्रातर्यास्यति संक्षयम्
paraṃ kṣutkṣāmakaṃṭheyaṃ bhāryā me priyavādinī | annābhāvānna saṃdehaḥ prātaryāsyati saṃkṣayam
“Lebih buruk lagi, isteriku yang tutur katanya manis—tekaknya kering dan lemah kerana kelaparan. Kerana ketiadaan makanan, tiada syak, menjelang pagi dia akan semakin susut.”
