Type: kshetra
Listener: Nāgas
Scene: Nāgas journey swiftly to the new abode; they enter a resplendent palace-city, welcomed by attendants; imagery emphasizes family continuity—sons and grandsons—amid noble pleasures.
Obedience to divine ordinance is linked with stability, prosperity, and flourishing lineage—seen as sacred fruits.
The verse contributes to the glorification of the Nāgas’ divinely sanctioned settlement, culminating in the praise of Cāmatkārapura-kṣetra.
No ritual is prescribed; the emphasis is on following Brahmā’s command and receiving its fruits.
