Transliteration

saṃpaśyannāsikāgraṃ svaṃ diśaścānavalokayan | tālumadhyagatenaiva jihvāgreṇācalena ca

Translation

Dia menatap hujung hidungnya sendiri tanpa memandang ke arah mana-mana; hujung lidah diletakkan di tengah lelangit dan dibiarkan tidak bergerak.
