ततोऽर्द्धरात्रे चागत्य मया सुप्ता च भार्गवी । हृत्वा स्वभवने नीता निशि सुप्ते जने तदा
tato'rddharātre cāgatya mayā suptā ca bhārgavī | hṛtvā svabhavane nītā niśi supte jane tadā
Kemudian, pada tengah malam, aku datang; dan Bhārgavī sedang tidur. Aku melarikannya dan membawanya ke kediamanku sendiri, semasa orang ramai sedang tidur pada waktu malam.
