तस्माद्देहि ममादेशं मार्कंडेयसमन्वितः । प्रविशामि यथा वह्निं भ्रष्टकीर्तिरहं बक

tasmāddehi mamādeśaṃ mārkaṃḍeyasamanvitaḥ | praviśāmi yathā vahniṃ bhraṣṭakīrtirahaṃ baka

Maka berikanlah izin kepadaku, bersama Mārkaṇḍeya, agar aku dapat memasuki api—aku, si baka (bangau) yang telah jatuh martabat namanya.
