Type: kshetra
Scene: Sūta narrates: the king forces a faint, embarrassed smile, eyes lowered, shoulders heavy; sages watch with compassion as he begins to reveal a supreme secret.
Some dharmic experiences are intimate and difficult to disclose; yet in the right sacred company they may be revealed for instruction.
The setting remains a Nāgarakhaṇḍa Śaiva shrine/tīrtha; the verse foregrounds the ‘rahasya’ rather than the place-name.
None; it prepares the narrative for a confidential explanation connected to the king’s vow.
