गालव उवाच । तस्मिंस्तु पतिते लिंगे योजनायामविस्तृते । विषादार्त्ता ऋषिगणास्तत्राजग्मुः सहस्रशः

gālava uvāca | tasmiṃstu patite liṃge yojanāyāmavistṛte | viṣādārttā ṛṣigaṇāstatrājagmuḥ sahasraśaḥ

Gālava berkata: Ketika liṅga itu telah jatuh dan terbentang seluas satu yojana, rombongan para ṛṣi—dihimpit dukacita—datang ke sana beribu-ribu.
