Scene: A reverent speaker addresses the Goddess, portrayed as all-formed (multiple iconographic aspects suggested), hands folded, with a subdued, apologetic posture; divine attendants witness the confession and dedication to deva-hita.
The Divine Mother is universal and all-formed; even difficult actions must be weighed by intention toward cosmic welfare (hita) within dharma.
No named tīrtha appears in this verse; it supports the theological tone within the chapter’s tīrtha-mahātmya setting.
No direct ritual instruction; the verse centers on praise (stuti) of Devī and the principle of acting for deva-hita.
