Transliteration

pālāśaḥ sarvadevānāmādhāro dharmasādhanam | yatra lobhastu tasya syāttatra pūjyo mahātaruḥ

Translation

Pokok palāśa ialah sandaran bagi semua dewa dan sarana untuk menegakkan dharma. Di mana sahaja ketamakan timbul terhadapnya, di situlah pohon agung itu patut disembah.
