Transliteration

sūta uvāca | balirbaddho yadā tena viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā | tadā kramaistribhirvyāptaṃ trailokyaṃ sacarācaram

Translation

Sūta berkata: Ketika Bali diikat oleh Viṣṇu Yang Maha Berkuasa itu, pada saat itu dengan tiga langkah, tiga dunia—yang bergerak dan yang tidak bergerak—telah diliputi sepenuhnya.
