Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 36

ततः पादौ परिस्पृष्ट्वा द्विजस्येदमुदीरयेत् । श्रद्धा पूतेन मनसा पितृभक्तिपरायणः

tataḥ pādau parispṛṣṭvā dvijasyedamudīrayet | śraddhā pūtena manasā pitṛbhaktiparāyaṇaḥ

Kemudian, setelah menyentuh kaki dvija (Brāhmaṇa) dengan penuh hormat, hendaklah ia melafazkan yang berikut—dengan hati yang disucikan oleh śraddhā, sepenuhnya berserah dalam bhakti kepada para leluhur.
