Transliteration

pitṝṇāṃ guptaye tena sthāpyo'śvatthaḥ samādhinā | putravatparipālyaśca nirviśeṣaṃ narādhipa

Translation

Oleh itu, demi perlindungan dan kesejahteraan para Pitṛ (leluhur), hendaklah ditegakkan pokok aśvattha dengan tekad dan tumpuan samadhi; dan, wahai pemerintah manusia, peliharalah ia seperti anak sendiri, tanpa pilih kasih.
