पर्वकालं समुद्दिश्य सम्यक्छ्रद्धासमन्वितः । आनयेद्ब्राह्मणं राजन्वेदवेदांगपारगम्
parvakālaṃ samuddiśya samyakchraddhāsamanvitaḥ | ānayedbrāhmaṇaṃ rājanvedavedāṃgapāragam
“Dengan menetapkan waktu perayaan suci (parva-kāla) dan disertai śraddhā yang sempurna, wahai Raja, hendaklah menjemput seorang Brāhmaṇa yang mahir dalam Veda serta Vedāṅga.”
