भूयोभूयः परिष्वज्य सभार्यः पृष्टवांस्तदा । क्व गतः स्वाश्रमाद्वत्स चिरात्कस्मादिहाऽगतः
bhūyobhūyaḥ pariṣvajya sabhāryaḥ pṛṣṭavāṃstadā | kva gataḥ svāśramādvatsa cirātkasmādihā'gataḥ
Sambil memeluknya berulang-ulang bersama isterinya, Brahmana itu bertanya: “Wahai anak tersayang, ke manakah engkau pergi dari āśrama kami? Mengapa setelah sekian lama engkau datang ke sini?”
