Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 41

हरलिंगं प्रतिष्ठाप्य स्वनाम्ना चांतिके तदा । त्रिकालं पूजयामास गन्धपुष्पानुलेपनैः

haraliṃgaṃ pratiṣṭhāpya svanāmnā cāṃtike tadā | trikālaṃ pūjayāmāsa gandhapuṣpānulepanaiḥ

Kemudian dia menegakkan sebuah Hara-liṅga di sisi, menamakannya dengan namanya sendiri; tiga kali sehari dia memujanya dengan harum-wangian, bunga, dan minyak sapuan persembahan.
